Our Return & Refund Policy
Cormier's Finest is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 45 days of the ship date* - UNOPENED WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. No questions asked! No restocking fees!
1. Email or call 214-546-2435 with your order number to receive your return authorization. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
2. We do not accept any returns after 45 days from ship date.
3. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
4. To cancel an order, please contact Cormier's Finest as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our inventory stocking location.
5. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipment processing time?
All orders are processed within 24 hours and typically 3-5 business days to ship to you. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Cormier’s Finest ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes?
Cormier’s Finest is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Yes, Cormier's Finest offers international shipping. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International delivery times vary due to customs.
International shipments (outside Canada and continental US) are subject to our standard return policy. Cormier's Finest is not responsible for additional customs clearance charges or custom fees.
